Along with one existing structure, two new apartment buildings - each split into two by a transparent stairway - shape an inviting, green courtyard that serves as a shared community resource. Designed for high energy efficiency, the new buildings feature renewable wood as a primary construction material, which is used both in structural elements as well as façade cladding. Each apartment contains at least one generous terrace or loggia.
