The first prize for building A 1.3., which will be located in an exposed location on the Spree and has a gross floor area of ​​around 15,000 square meters, was awarded to MATTER Schmidt Fach architects and urban planners and KUULA landscape architects. The design convinced the jury with its appealing verticality, the clear urban design figure, the robust spatial concept and construction and the well-organized internal organization of the building, which enables flexible long-term use.
